How can I set an order?

 

Please send an email with the requested item to mail@puhlmann.tv or use our contact formular.

We will come back to you and help you further.

At first contact, please already let us know your complete invoice and delivery details for faster process.

 


How will my order be processed?

 

We will prepare an official Quotation for you.

If you accept the offer, we will send you our Proforma Invoice.

After we received your payment, we will arrange your order and keep you updated.

The delivery time depends on the purchased item.

After everything is ready for shipping, we will let you know the shipping details, like tracking ID.

 


Do I have any warranty on used equipment?

 

Sold as is where, no warranty expressed or implied.

 

We can not offer any warranty on used equipment.

But we do have something called 7 Days Return Policy.

That means: If there is any major problem with the purchased equipment, you can send it back to us within 7 days after delivery date and get the full refund.

Shipping costs excluded.


How can I sell equipment on your site?

 

Please get in contact via mail and let us know what equipment you wish to sell.

Please always add some pictures of the items or a part list.

The further process details will be forwarded.

 


Do you ship worldwide and what delivery services do you use?

 

Yes, we ship worldwide and usually use DHL, FedEx or UPS Service.

For lager shipments we also use TNT Service or other Cargo Agents.

If you wish to arrange the shipping yourself or on your account, that is also possible.

 

All duties, customs, taxes, etc. are in the responsibility of the recipient.

 


Do I have to pay VAT?

 

Within the EU you only must pay additionally German Tax if you do not have a valid VAT Number.

Within Germany VAT will be charged.

If you are located outside EU you also must not pay additionally German Tax, as you order will be cleared by customs. But here Duties may arise.

 

All duties, customs, taxes, etc. are in the responsibility of the recipient.


What payment options do I have?

 

The best option for payments is the bank wire transfer.

But you can also use credit card or PayPal for the payment.

With Credit Card and Pay Pal Payment additional fees will be charged.
